SSW2009 Registration

On-line Early Registration Fee: $200 (until June 6, 2009)
On-line Registration Fee: $250 (until July 11, 2009)
On-site Registration Fee: $300

Registration Fee includes:
  • conference attendance and materials
  • transportation between Pasadena Hilton and workshop Monday-Friday
  • light breakfast Monday-Friday
  • box lunches on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • light snacks and drinks during workshop breaks
  • opening reception on Sunday, July 19, 2009
  • 1 ticket and transportation for the Wednesday afternoon tour to the Griffith Observatory (extra tickets are available for purchase)
  • 1 ticket to attend workshop dinner on Thursday (extra tickets are available for purchase)
  • wireless internet access during workshop (B.Y.O.C. - bring your own computer)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing or via email by June 1, 2009 for a full refund less a $30 processing charge. Cancellations received June 2, 2009 through July 20, 2009 receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after July 20, 2009, or persons who do not appear at the workshop are not eligible for any refund.
