Posters and Talks

Posters

  1. Posters should be no larger than 33"x39".
  2. We will send a Google Drive link to poster presenters where they can provide a one-slide summary of their poster by the Thursday (1/30/25) before the meeting. These slides will be shown during coffee breaks.
  3. Posters will be up for the entire week.

Talks

  1. Invited Talks will be 25 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions (except for the mission talks at end of Friday - those talks will be 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions)
  2. Contributed Talks will be 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions.
  3. Talks must be either Powerpoint, Keynote, or PDF.
  4. We will send a Google Drive link to speakers where they can upload their talks by the Saturday (2/1/25) before the meeting.
  5. All talks will be recorded - unless explicitly asked not to record.  Videos of the talks will be available after the meeting.
