Posters and Talks
Posters
- Posters should be no larger than 33"x39".
- We will send a Google Drive link to poster presenters where they can provide a one-slide summary of their poster by the Thursday (1/30/25) before the meeting. These slides will be shown during coffee breaks.
- Posters will be up for the entire week.
Talks
- Invited Talks will be 25 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions (except for the mission talks at end of Friday - those talks will be 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions)
- Contributed Talks will be 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions.
- Talks must be either Powerpoint, Keynote, or PDF.
- We will send a Google Drive link to speakers where they can upload their talks by the Saturday (2/1/25) before the meeting.
- All talks will be recorded - unless explicitly asked not to record. Videos of the talks will be available after the meeting.
