Posters

1. Posters should be no larger than 33 inches (85 cm) horizontal width and 39 inches (100 cm) vertical height.
2. Posters will be up for the entire week, but the designated poster session is Wednesday afternoon.
3. Each poster has been grouped by session and assigned a number for display.  Please find your poster assignment here.

Talks

• Instructions for Speakers

1. Invited Talks will be 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions (except for the mission talks at end of Friday - those talks will be 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions)
2. Contributed Talks will be 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions.
3. Talks must be either Powerpoint, Keynote, or PDF.
4. Speakers must email talk to the local Box drive by the Sunday (02 Feb 2025) before the meeting (see Instructions for Speakers).
5. All talks will be recorded - unless explicitly asked not to record.  Videos of the talks will be available after the meeting.
