Instructions

Instead of having a printed conference proceedings, we plan to capture PDF versions of all presentations and post the files on this website. If you wish a copy of your poster to be available on this website after the conference, please bring a PDF copy of your poster with you to the conference, and we will copy it from you there.

Talks:

All presentations will be projected from a central computer. There will not be enough time to switch computers between different speakers. Please be prepared to transfer your talks to the central computer on USB sticks prior to the start of your sessions. The supported file format includes Powerpoint, Keynote and PDF. The conference will have several designated persons who can help you with the file transfer. Please note that for Keynote, we are only supporting Keynote '09 or Keynote 6.2.2

Plenary Session:
Invited Talk: Talk times vary. All talks will have 5 minutes of questions
Contributed Talk: 10 minute talk followed by 5 minutes of questions

Parallel Sessions:
Invited Talk: 15 minute talk followed by 5 minutes of questions
Contributed Talk: 10 minute talk followed by 5 minutes of questions

Those talks not selected will automatically become posters.

Posters:

Abstracts should be submitted by logging in at the bottom of this page using your IPAC conference account, then choosing the 'My Abstracts' button, which appears at the bottom of this page when logged in. 

The poster boards will accomodate a maximum poster size of 33 inches tall by 39 inches wide.
