Posters

1. Posters should be no larger than 33 inches (85 cm) wide by 39 inches (100 cm) tall.
2. Posters will be placed in either the first session (up Monday and Tuesday) or the second session (up Thursday and Friday) and assigned a number for display. The poster assignments can be found in the Abstract Book.
3. If you need to print your poster locally, there is a nearby Fedex location.

Talks

1. Invited talks will be 40 minutes with 5 minutes for questions.
2. Contributed talks will be 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions.
3. Speakers must upload their talk to Box by the Sunday (01 February 2026) before the meeting.
4. All talks will be recorded unless explicitly instructed otherwise. Video recordings will be available after the meeting concludes.
