We are planning to subsidize a limited number of registrations for early career researchers (undergraduates, graduates, and postdocs). If you would like to be considered for this $0 registration fee, please complete this Google Form by Monday, November 10th. You must present your research as either a talk or a poster to be considered for this subsidized fee. We will alert those selected for registration fee waivers by Monday, November 24th.

Participation in this conference is limited to professional astronomers, research scientists, and other professionals actively engaged in the relevant field. The organizers reserve the right to refuse registration or attendance to any individual whose participation may be disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the professional and collaborative nature of the event.
