The 2018 edition of the TMT Science Forum will happen at the Pasadena Westin Hotel, which is located in the heart of the Old Town Pasadena, at walking distances of an important selection of restaurants, museums, galleries, coffee shops, bars and shopping. The venue is also at a short walking distance from the TMT Headquarters.
A large conference room will be holding our plenary sessions. The same space will be divided in smaller room at time of the breakout sessions. Adjacent spaces for poster and coffee breaks are also available near the large conference room.
A special rate of USD169 (below the US government rate) is offered to all TMT Forum participants but the cut-off date is now passed. You can still try to book a room at the Forum's discounted rate by directly calling the Westin reservation line and ask for the special rate for the "2018 Thirty-Meter-telescope Science Forum":
