| Dinner at Mijares Restaurant in Pasadena | This is an optional dinner on October 25 (Wednesday). Dinner Menu: Vegetarian Fajitas, Steak Picado, Achiote Chicken, Rice, Beans, Salad, Corn & Flour Tortillas, Chips & Salsa on the tables.
