Abstract Submission Information and Instructions:
The agenda will be a mix of invited presentations, pop-up & impromptu presentations/sharing sessions, informal discussion, facilitated dialogue, and writing sessions. Therefore the format of the "Making the Case" workshop will be free-flowing and interactive - perhaps somewhat different from a typical conference consisting of formal invited and contributed talks.
Please note that there are opportunities for participants to make short presentations:
Vignettes: Participants are asked to share experiences relevant to the workshop’s goals.
Objective: Participants are asked to share experiences relevant to workshop goals (e.g., challenges, lessons learned, and illustrative stories). These sessions are designed to be open-ended and provide time and space for workshop participants to build off of experiences or emerging ideas.
This is fairly open-ended and is intended to be your opportunity to share with us all what lessons/ideas/experiences you think the group should know… Please think about what lessons you have learned, what challenges you are facing, and what you would like to candidly and confidentially share with leaders from other projects.
If you have any questions, please contact info@ipac.caltech.edu.
