Registration Information


You will need to create an IPAC conference account both to register for the workshop and submit abstracts/discussion topics. Begin by clicking the "Register Now" button, or login to the IPAC Conference system at the bottom of this page.

Applications will be reviewed and confirmed to insure participants meet the criteria for participation in the workshop. Attendance will be limited.

Principal Attendees

Attendees should be Communications leaders/specialists in high energy physics and astronomy projects (and/or related space science projects). Wherever possible, participants should be at the executive leadership level and have control and/or influence over a public communications budget and team. These leaders are recognized as Communications professionals within their organizations and regularly inform management decisions as from the communications perspective. A goal of this workshop is to create an environment where Communications leaders can candidly share and discuss issues, openly share lessons learned and have an opportunity to learn and share with colleagues at a very high level.

Auxiliary attendees

Attendees may choose to have a students or junior staff members attend to help facilitate the outcomes of the meeting, however the principles will primarily participate in the dialogue in order the keep the conversation at a manageable size. Closed sessions for Principal Attendees may be provided as a forum to facilitate open and candid dialog.
