Reception desk
Reception desk will open at ~9:15 on May 24 at the Kyoto International Community House. Please note that you will not be able to enter to the building before 9:00.
Presentation file collection
There will be no printed proceedings, but we will collect the presentations (in either PDF, Keynote, or PPT) to make them available via the website after the meeting. Please access the following url to upload your presentation file.

Posters
Posters will be displayed in the separate coffee room (Conference room2, floor map). Poster size should not exceed 0.9 x 1.8 meters. We will have long coffee breaks in the mornings and afternoons to provide an opportunity for poster viewing and discussion.
Wifi
The Wifi connection is available. Access point and password will be provided at the reception desk.

You can find many good restaurants near the venue. Lunch map is here.
Reception / Dinner
The forum dinner will take place at Miyako Hotel (“Hooh no Ma”, 4F, East building) on Tuesday evening, May 24, from 18:45. The attendance fee for the stand-up dinner party is included in the registration fee. However, in order to provide the hotel with accurate number of actual participants, please let us know at tmt2016@kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp if you are not able to attend.
If you have a plan to accompany your partner in the dinner, please let us know at the above email address by noon of May 23 (JST). We will request the dinner fee separately for the accompanying persons at the reception desk. Only cash (JPY) is acceptable.
